Hahahaha! I suppose some of you are wondering what the hell a land chopper is? It's what I call my SDR. After the install of the FMF Apex pipes it sounds like a Bell UH-1 chopper. Seriously. I love it!

Just a few pics and a video of what the pipes sound like. Can't wait to finish her up with a custom map and dyno tune. Won't be long now.

Here's the state she was in three days ago. Took me 2 nights to get everything done. Not fun! Especially on a brand new bike. But oh so worth it!

man that can is massive! I've seen writings of the "canisterectomy" before, but damn...that's huge! where do they expect you to put the toolkit?!

Hrm, Im gonna have to trace those hoses back for myself now to be sure what exactly was done. I bought the bike after the original owner had it for 3 weeks and 1000km.. and I got it from a reputable local KTM dealer. I assumed it was an emissions breather and not evap for the fuel tank, otherwise I would've already removed them as soon as I saw them there.

Will have to have a closer look.
the can is the evap canister for filtering fuel vapors

Bike sounds great, love those cans and I would certainly consider them if I was upgrading.
