#26I bought one and it is awsome: wind-waterproof, mostly black (little orange), litle bit of armor on the shoulders and it looks great on the bike.
Maybe a worthy alternative?

#27It doesn't have a speed-hump (but they look strange once you're off the bike) and doesn't need external armour (but I still look like Darth Vadar).
Notice the lumbar protection: the back is low and thick.
Now look at the back of the KTM jacket you like... Zero protection.
The place I got my jacket from are really close, they're experienced and happy to customise anything. I'm sure you'll be able to find somewhere near you that will be similar. It shouldn't be too hard for any leather working place to find armour, and all they need to know about making bike leathers is to use cotton lining (no melty plastic materials), thick leather, big strong stitches, and make it tight. Oh, and have at least a dozen zips and velcro things to give you a warm up before you ride...
Go custom!
