Front and rear suspension - settings for regular usage?

Hi

Been riding with the sports settings on both front and rear shocks since last summer. The rear is a bit stiff, jumps quite a lot if i ride over a bump in high speed. I'm thinking of making it a bit softer.

What do you guys use? Which settings?

Cheers!

b0bl00i - I would start with adjusting you sag as per Smoky's post.

If your similiar weight to me - you will need to reduce the preload by a far bit.

What I found was if you just do the front sag the bikes pretty horrible. I did this an ended up reverting it back. Its not until you do the rear as well as the front that it starts getting better; which makes sense and is probably how you are suppose to do it - although you do read about making one change at a time !
