#6cant you just use heavier fork oil with the 9.5..???? or mix fork oil to make it heavier....

#9I just spoke to my suspension guy and he said the 9.5 springs will be plenty stiff enough for your weight and you got to remeber the duke suspension is very similar to a mx suspension set up and they run a open cartride system in them,basically the duke got more suspension travel than other road bikes so sag settings will be alot different due to the amount of travel they are designed to have,ash give him a call and he can explain it better.....
