I'm an engineer with much familiarity and experience with metal alloys and alloy uniformity. There is a huge variation in quality levels from the best mills and even the "mid-class" mills. And the stuff from China? I have no China phobia, and if a major established manufacturer builds a factory and institutes all training and quality control fine goods can be made, but without a pedigree like this the alloys can be shocking. Do not play around, go with a known brand. I too have been disappointed with a large number of Brembo discs developing pulsations at 3k to 5k miles, and I may try a different manufacturer in the future, but it will be a name concern known well for quality and performance.
you could buy some cheap rotors that uve never heard of, or go for these...

These retail for around $600 AUD, but the website sells em for $145 USD.. To me, THAT is the real bargain.
