#4In the summer mine runs hot like that and the fan runs a lot, so far no problems. I think it is normal.

#6I noticed the cooling fans on the two KTM bikes with LC8 engines I've ridden (SD990, KTM Adv) turn on quick compared to other bikes I've owned or ridden. My Ducati ST3 will heat up to something like 219f before the fans start running. Because it seems consistent that the LC8's fans turn on quick (but I assume when they are supposed to) I don't think it's a problem for yours. My temp gauge shows about 70% when in stop and go traffic on hot days. I have about 800mi on it.
Also, my stock exhaust smoked (out the right side can) for the first couple minutes after starting it. Probably did that for a couple hundred or few more miles. After that it stopped. My Leo's never smoked after installing them.
