Got my new SDR today!!!

Got off work early today and decided to drop by the KTM dealer to see if he has gotten any word on the date for the arrival of the new R's. The KTM trailer was leaving as I was pulling in and I though someone is getting a new bike today.

When I walked in the whole shop was gathered around a bike in a create. It was my new Super Duke R it came in two days early! I have been waiting a year on this bike and it has finaly came in.

I didn't know that it comes with a Akra header!

What diameter pipe are those akro headers just out of curiosity??

Nice, but confused about the zorst headers. Are they Akra headers with standard KTM endcans? or do Akra make KTM standard pipes now?

Thanks for all the compliments! I have not gotten any definite answers about the headers It looks like the header has a junction that fits the stock cans. They are Ti from what I can tell. I am going to order the slip on when I am sure I can get the one that fits.

If you look at the header it is larger and is a different shape than the pipe on the SD.

The seat is the most uncomfortable seat I have sat on. I am going to have to check out the aftermarket for that one. I have a Renazco on my 625 SMC and I love it. I'll give them a call.
