Got my new to me SDR today

I went to pick up my SDR from Bob aka Oldmancud. Had to drive 200 miles to get it but it was totally worth it. He did an amazing job with the bike. Looks brand new with tons of aftermarket stuff. Will post better pics when it quits raining and I can get it outside.

She's beautiful; you must be pissed with all the pissing rain. Treat her well, you moved to the R you lucky stiff finger you. Not a bad price to pay 4 an upgraded sled.

Bob gave me all the stock parts plus stuff he bought and never used. Once I go through it all I might be selling some of the stuff. I don't think I need the stock rear sets. Keep an eye on the parts for sale section.

Looks great, and I am jealous of the ute/pickup too. I need one of my own.

I found it one here and jumped on it. My bank got me the loan in one day and that's all she wrote. Not sure I can wring its neck yet but i can ride so that's good enough for now. should be 100% in a few more weeks. The truck is my friends he uses it to haul his supermoto or RC to where we ride. I will have one of my own soon via a friend who doesn't need hers anymore.

I try not to ride in the rain so I don't get my bike dirty. However, down here (Texas) there isn't a lot of rain anyway. It was 85°F Friday and I hit the track, was great, actually hit the front brake too hard at 120 mph or so and slid it, with stoppie........twice, but made the turn. Love my Super Duke. There is also no rain today, going to the track again, running the at Motorsport Ranch, which is 7.1 sunshine laden miles from my house. Sometimes I come home for lunch. I was on the on Friday. I know I am a pussy and don't ride in the rain, but I do have a track by my house that I can ride on every weekend. I guess I need to harden the fook up. And be a real man like you fella's. Oh and for the record, I crashed my KTM super moto twice, once in Wagon Wheel, once in Tombstone. In 2008 I wadded myself up on a Tuono in Wagon Wheel as well. So I do have the track crashing figured out.

Rain in So. Cal I heard "it never rains in sunny California" ,,,,,,beautiful SDR,, nice with all the stuff on it already huh I'll take the rear sets off ya when you want to sell em,, keep me in mind eh and be carful until your 100% guy and I don't ride in the rain anymore,TBH who wants to , really wouldn't want to get it dirty anyway, check your pressures and enjoy the ride

That 's the worst , didn't think about it ,, oil build up,must get bad out there,, threw my Guzzi away one morning under the same condition's, low side , it sucked ,, so does riding in the rain, did it though for fifteen years with snow and ice thrown in for good measure,,,,

What Crotchy said including the I'm a pussy part. I do ride in the really cold though, hence the broken thumb.

Previous owner did this bike right. Saved me a lot of money. Can't wait until my hand is healed all the way and I can ride it like I did my SD (RIP).
