Got the Dyno Booked and Done a Load of Mods.....

Got the dyno booked next Sat (13th Dec) for a custom map on the PCIII

Mines an Ex Battle bike and there were next to no mods allowed, so I've done the following......

Fitted the PCIII with an 08 SDR Map (higher revs on the fuel tables)
2nd/3rd Gear Mod Done
SAS Removal Mod Done (was already removed but FI light was flashing as resister mod wasn't done)
Valve clearances and plug gaps adjusted
Changed Oil/Filters/Cleaned Screens etc
Changed Coolant as it didn't have antifreeze in

The following airbox mods were what the race team owner said to me to do

Removed the Airbox Snorkel
Removed the Air Filter totally (Will be a Race bike with limited miles)
Cut Penny Slots in the airbox side covers

Was putting out 130bhp at the rear wheel, so lets see if we can get nearer 140

Damn. 130 hp. Speaks volumes for the the better breathing without a filter and the 08 exhaust. That's more in line with what I'd expect from this motor.
