GP Plus / Overlord / Sidi Power - choose one (not other)

So, which one should I buy? I like Alpinestars - I have a jacket and an old set of gloves. I have found them to be quality. The Icon Overlords look nice (I like the venting), but some of the Icon offerings strike me a "poser gear". The Sidi Power Gloves look very nice as well - I like a set of their boots I have.

I bought some new gloves the other day on the recommendation of Ducati Pete. They are a really good fit, and not too thick so you have good feeling of the controls. They are also totally waterproof which does come in handy in the UK.
They are also a bit of a bargain.

After over ten years of wearing the the top of the line A stars I've just switched to Appolo gloves made by Halo.

I was put onto them by a friend who races in MRO / BSS

Now I can save my marigolds for my cosy nights in.

I decided to ignore all of the advice and voting and bought the Sidi Power Gloves. I just received them and WOW they are NICE!

The goatskin is very stretchy - it feels like the gloves are already broken in. They fit very well (I had large A-stars SP1 gloves and bought large Sidis). The venting looks good. I really like the fact that the knuckle guard is split and forms nicely to my hand. Not too flashy either!
