Grips - what are you using? And RC8 throttle

Gonna replace my bar to a new straight one.. Was wondering what grips you guys are using. Don't ride on track so don't want the too thin and hard ones. Had the power parts Renthal's, gave me blisters just like my 2T EXC..
Now some puffy Pro Grips, quite fat and tacky, like 'em though they do give up some feel as they twist and squeeze, very soft.

Also, is the RC8 throttle a direct replacement? Been wanting to go G2 but it'll take time to arrive by post from the US and I read somewhere that the RC8 has the same different ratio thing just made of plastic instead of aluminium, is that right?

Cheers
RC8 progressive throttle comes with grips already fitted for around £25 IIRC - they seem to be soft enough and look a bit like renthal grips to me? - yes the RC8 tube is plastic and a direct swap over - very easy…..
What The Gin Reaper says.

Renthal are good, used on my Aprilia RSV, my wifes Ducati and Bimota
I use Renthal too. They come in three different colour, black/hard, mid grey/medium and light grey/soft. I use the soft but they do wear out quickly - last maybe 5000 mls, less with lots of track use.
I use the black renthals
Renthals are fine if you have girly sized hands, us metrosexual men prefer a fatter grip due to longer handage but also soft to the touch.

I recommend progrip 724's ( also a superbike version which is the one I mean)

I do wear a size small glove ;__;
