#5Easy repair with epoxy resin. Get yourself a 4oz piece of fiber glass, cut it to size conforming to the fender overlapping said crack. Paint on a layer of resin on the INSIDE of the fender and place the fiber glass on the resin. dab some more resin on to the fiber glass making sure to work out all the bubbles. Let dry. Strong as ever and you will never see the repair work.
