Help a newbie out

Hi All,
Firstly My apologies for my ignorance in the matter it has probably been discussed over and over again on this forum but having trouble finding a definite answer.
Could someone please clarify if the 08 was the only year of the full fat SDR. I am looking to buy at the moment and i thought the SDR was the same from 08-11 however i am looking at an 09 White version and it's hard to say for sure but looking at the pics it doesn't look to have the factory Akra headers. It has the SDR tacho with the higher rev range but not sure how else to tell. Can anyone PLEASE help.

Aside from getting a vernier caliper to measure the diameter of the headers (I presume the Akrapovic ones would be bigger), the obvious giveaway is to look under the chin spoiler to see if the front header is straight or looped - the full SDR header has a loop to get the optimum length. If you can't see the bike in person, ask the seller if they can take a photo for you. The SDR wasn't limited to 2008 production only, but someone more knowledgeable than me would have to give you the full breakdown of the details.

Thanks for the help guys. I have asked the seller for some photo's to confirm but looking at the pics so far it looks like it has the higher rev limit but not the Akra headers which is just confusing me even more

It might have had a dash replacement as I believe
some were found to be faulty. So Km's/Miles may not be correct ether...
