I have some carbon fiber tank spoilers, a brand new large plastic tank and the carbon fiber battery cowl.
The tank spoilers are dinged up and not looking so good, and the battery cowl thing is broken, I've tried mending it, but it's not pretty.
I'm thinking about having them painted, but I want to keep the CF look at some place on the things.
On the battery box thing I'm going to keep the "990" unpainted, leaving the bare CF to be seen. ( http://www.ktm-versand.de/images/produc ... 1120_0.jpg )
On the tank spoilers I have a stencil of a dog at the moment.. think it fits the bike pretty good, but maybe I could get something else?
Maybe I should get that stencil in a bigger version, and leave it unpainted, so people still know that I have the bling bling carbon fiber?
What color would you use? Flat black as they use original.. or white, or something else?
