Hitting the limiter

Opened her up a little more then normal today & hit the limiter in 2nd...
Seemed that the engine limiter kicked in and locked up the rear for a split second just before I went for 3rd... wasn't expecting that

Did not result in a 'moment' though...
Anyone else had the same - suppose it's normal?

If mine is anything to go by, no it's not normal. I hit my limiter in 2nd often on my first track day on the SD and no locking up whatsoever...

Glad nothing untoward happened!

Did the same today for first time and no lock but it was a bit surprising. Suddenly no power.

Hit mine from time to time in first and second.. Most of the time it's on one wheel


No lock up just a sudden change of altitude on the front wheel
