Almost like it slits my throat cos im freshly injured? well I do talk this talk about what a bad ass I am, as a old worn out phat ass that beats all takers?
well, if that is the common thought that I have lead people to believe, I am truly sorry, the truth is,
I believe this is what has brought me many vicious attacks to my psyche on this forum.
first of all I am old, and I did race amature class for one year, (1990) I wasnt to bad for my age? ( I was even old back then) mid-pack towards the front by the end of the season. my best was a 3rd place. I ride with older and some young dudes that do ride @ race speeds. and yes we do it on the street. We try to be polite... as we ravage the countryside with our shinanagans , and just have alot of fun. I do have my own favorite roads that I may anxt any takers on? and I enjoy competition, but controlling my ego is an ongoing thing that I must try to control, I AM on a huge learning curve in life right now cos of my crazy MC wreck , and all the pain and injury, so please all, JOE ...asks to most humbly apologize for any arrogance that I might have spewed to offend anyone here.

#3Mine's a mixture of 1 and 2 depending on what mood I'm in. I try not to take the piss in built up areas, but the odd public wheelie can be a lot of fun. Similarly sometimes I ride relatively sensibly out of town, if I feel my concentration isn't up to dicking about.
The great thing about the SD is whichever I'm doing, it feels and looks great!

#5Yeah, stick around limits in town but the beauty is that you can use the agility and handling and still have a laugh.
Sometimes the SD is too much like hard work if you're feeling like shite as I find it impossible to ride sensibly.
I have a GS for the winter that although slow, handles well and doesn't require you too be up and down the gearbox all the time. Saves me in the wet sometimes aswell
