How good is the KTM assist recovery thingy??

I used to use the AA, but following a callout I did not renew. Have you ever used the AA? They suck!
I just make sure i get breakdown with my insurance and use that....they use local independant guys who specialise in bike recovery...they have the proper kit and know all the local and cheapest tyre guys. I've even had them cut me a good deal on tyres too (I'm sure they get a few quid out of it but what do I care as long as they look after me?)
My insurance has European cover too. Sweet.
