How much did the 1000 km's service cost for you?

KTM here in Rio is charging me the enormous amount of R$650,00 (almost U$400,00) for the first service in my 2010 Superduke that is about to reach 1000 km's.

How much do you guys pay for it at your local dealers?

That's approximately the price paid in the US - about $400.

Some do their own ... I don't advocate that, as various warranty terms (by location) may be dependent on who performs that first service. I also realise that not everyone has the tools and knowledge to undertake it.

£320, which would be about $515 US.
