I finally (Ordered in October or so) got my KTM CF Seat Cover, what a sweet piece of kit fella's. I can see this being expensive to the point of leaving a mark. Woo Hoo.

#3Very nice dude! Looks good with the Yoshis. I would consider getting all that carbon clear coated with a UV protector. Other wise it will all start to go brown beofre long. Mine is no where near the colour of yours anymore

#5Shoot, for the money I paid, it isn't a bad idea. I have to get the rest of the CF parts now, it looks so inappropriate all alone like that. The carbon on the Yoshi cans is much nicer. Any recommendations on what to spray it with?

#8I don't know what's going on with the PM's on the Zone as I was having trouble getting them to you.
I've got a deposit down on an 08 SD and am now trying to sell the TL so as to avoid having to pull the Yosh and Bitubo off of it for trade in (then sell the parts on the growing list of Zoners that are circling over my TL!).
No panic to get the bike here right now, we're under a bunch of snow (although I'd love to sit in my garage with a beer and drool over it).
Before I made the decision and plunked the cash down, I was trying to find out your thoughts; having had two TLS's and a DRZSM in your past. I'm currently on the TLS and a SM'd WR450 and the SM's showed me the advantages to the upright riding position with wide bars and to that end, have been lusting over the SD for a couple years and had considered fightering the TL... too much time, effort and money needed to do it right though.
