I need pictures of the NHTSA Certification Label(Americans)

So I have an 06 SD, which in America is rare seeing as they were not brought till 07. Now I have been riding it around here and there for sometime illegally. So I decide "hey Ill make it legal". Well. The bike was not in the system at all, no record of it ever coming into the country. cool. So the tax commisioners office sends out a cop to my house to inspect the bike, it all goes well except there was no fooking STICKER! saying the bike is indeed "road legal". So now I CANT make it legal, until I get this sticker. KTM is not working with me to much and theyre taking their time, and in the mean time, Im trying to ride my fooking motorcycle. So, if you would be so willing, take a picture of your certification label, (i would love to tell you where to find it, but I dont have one) and post it up here. Im going to cheat the system and have a design shop make me a sticker. Using the images just one of you need to provide. I wont use your VIN(I have that much) and I wont use anything that will get back to you. This is not a scam, hell block out your vin and stuff i just need the template for the sticker shop, so then I can have another cop come into my house and inspect the bike and see this sticker and check a fooking box so i can legally ride my bike. I HATE THIS TYPE OF SHIT. I will be angry as hell until this matter is resolved.

Again I dont know what this sticker looks like or where it is, I would assume it would be near the front of the bike, and should have all that DOT NHTSA mumbo jumbo.

Your bike should have the vin, its by the headstock if I remember correctly at the front of the tank?! easily visible on a metal plate.

I am not zure of what I speak, but I beleive that the sticker package is a parts item and you can order direct from KTM. look at a fiche and see if it is in there.
If memory serves me correct, manufactures have to keep all stickers available to the public along with other parts. I think the warning ones must be free also.

In the UK we have the chassis number (VIN) and engine number which ALL bikes have they are the identifying features.

Is there something further you need for the US market?

If does not have the VIN on the headstock it could well be stolen and removed and imported to the US? Hence why there is no documentation, we have a lot of SD's stolen over here.

This made me curious and I did a little google search. Seems you are not the only one looking for this sticker.
According to the sticker should be near the steering post... My superduke has the vin number stamped on the right side of the steering post and plate/sticker on the right side of the frame. You should see it when you remove the seat. It's near the base of the tank:
