All I can say is WOW... This bike scares me. Joe my advice is stay away... stay far far away from your local Honda dealer... Bad things man... bad things
Congrats on the new bike, but sorry to see the ktm go - My Dad's got the red one.

I used to ride an 05, took me a while to get used to the twin but when I ride the 08 When that goes over the 6000rpm mark it takes off like you've got a whacking fat turbo on it .
If I was going back to superbikes, that's be the one. Congrats, awesome bike!

PS I heard one with a full leo vince - MILES better, deep and powerful sounding!
DukeKook,,,, w...o...a...h... ME LIKEY, .... allot

Congrats my man, we with strong arms may have to slay the beast?.... fooking awesome... me tinks.

you need to go to the dragon with us, the Arizona boys may just come this way... are you set up for a trip this fall?...

do not take that one cos I do not want to pull you from the ditch...

one of my best buds, brian cox/ danny eslicks bud,(ama super dude) just bought the same bike, he wants me to ride it.... NO!

PS, do you do cresent and TW? Oh... do not fear! we will get rid of the lunch on the tyre! the thing is BAD ASS!!!!!!!!!!!! be safe my friend.

I"m waiting for my buddy to buy my SD. I'm planning on the same deal. I've stayed away from Honda for several years (W/the exception of a couple of CRF450R's.), but I think they've finally got it right again w/the new RR.

Odd that everybody reckons the Suoerduke to be quicker through the twisties, I have a 08 R1 and 08 SDR, I ride the same roads on both bikes, the only time the SDR is quicker than the R1 is down very slow roads up to about 40 mph, everywhere else when ever I glance at the speedo the R1 is around 10 mph faster
