In the market for a new rear tyre, any recommendations?

My Dunlop D208 RR rear tyre is bald and needs replacing badly. I'm a fan of this tyre but from what I've read it's not available in the states. Does anyone have any recommendations on an equal or better replacement? I don't care much about how fast it wears just want maximum grip , performance and feel. I don't commute just weekend canyon rides where I try to push it as much as possible. Thanks for your help!

I've got 2ct's on now but I'm going to try the bt-016 on the rear. It should be here later this week and I will be able to get it out for a road test this weekend. I got 4k miles out of the rear 2ct with a lot of highway miles to get to my usual ride. I need to do what my friend did and find a cheap truck to haul my bike to the twisty roads. Then I could use different tyres and wouldn't need to buy them so often. Would save a lot in maintenance cost also.
