Anyone on here have any good opinions / expereinces with bluetooth intercoms? It would only be for rider to pillion, bonus if the ipod could be hooked up but that's not essential. I'm really looking for the minimum ball-ache installation really. What about the units you clip to the lip of your helmet (???) any good?

Cheers,

BD

I can't praise Intaride kit enough bud.
Not bluetooth headsets, still connected by curly leads, although the intercom module can be connected to phones and stuff through Bluetooth.
They do do a wireless kit, I just can't justify the expense at the minute.

Customer service is SUPERB!
I phoned up asking for a diagram to connect me headset to an Autocom kit as the training school I started working for use Autocom.
They phoned me back an hour and a half later to say the email address I had given them didn't work, could I give them an alternative.
Half an hour later, two emails and a further phone call to make sure I had recieved it.
Thanks guys.....

If you have to wear headphones (of which I do not recommend), try some Skull Candy headphones from Target or online - cheap, as good as $70 Sonys, and do a fairly good job of isolation. Also, A model for iPhone/Smackberry w/a mic.

I use the Scala Q2 with my gps , mobile and the B2B function with my buddies. I bought a windjammer , and haven't used earplugs since then. No problem taking phonecalls up to 180 km/h....
