I can see past the questionable paint scheme to recognize an updated SRX600. And that was one of the funnest bikes I owned. I would love this as a simpler build. No need for the single sided swing arm. I would have some other ideas about the headlight too, but the basic concept is sound. Clip ons, light weight, aluminium tank. Maybe I missed something.
I am not sure I understand the negative comments, is it the design or the paint scheme? . Many here want to make their SD into something similar, Bic?
I love the idea of a bike with 58-65 rwhp and a 325 lbs weight.

I like the KTM bits , but the bits he's built make it look proper minging I considered it would be pretty difficult to make a KTM cafe racer look bad.............................Looks like Roland managed it

Oh come on its not that much more ugly than the current 690 duke.

I like it TBH, other than the paint job it would work for me,,,,,,,
If it were black and orange I would like it more,,,,minimalist,,,light,,,,,

It's mostly the colour scheme I don't like. But all the little details do not add up to a mouthwatering result. When I say, "What's it meant to be?" then I mean that I can't see the inspiration or influences that drive the philosophy behind the work. If it's a cafe racer then it seems too glitzy and pimped up and the gloss grey is horrible. It's not pure enough. Or mean enough. If it was a woman it wouldn't be a supermodel. It would be a fake-tanned, over-made up Essex girl with cheap Zara copies of designer clothes. (who wasn't even any good in bed)

Bic I need a example of an "Essex girl",,,got any pic's
