Hey Rosco welcome home. See or hear anything interesting in the factory, as in future developments. Did they allow cameras ? Were there parts of the factory that were off limits.
That fooking sucks! Why the fook have a factory open to the public for a day and then not do all you can. Such a stupid bit of PR. I do sometimes wonder wtf KTM are playing at on some fronts. They can produce amazing bikes no problem. Good customer relations seems beyond them

Plan: We should organise a tour with as many members as possible and give them stink about it.
Probably ending up in an Austrian slammer.....
Would be fun anyway.
Can't believe the attitude btw, doesn't want to make you buy another KTM again. Principle in business is that it's easier to get a new customer than to recover a lost one. Morale: you have to hang on the ones you have.
Despicable way for a company to act.

Been thinking of replacing the SD next year with its (non appearing) replacement or an RC8. Love the bikes, the company is so poor about reaching out to its customers that I may just leave the brand.
That's strange..The Austrians have always been the epitome of kindness and hospitality..

Do you think that anyone from KTM ever takes a look at this forum?
I'm almost certain they do.....on occasion.
I have an idea!
If they really cared and wanted to know how fooked up they are in terms of PR and business, they could simply log on here about once a month.
If they just fixed the small complaints we have, that would be HUUUUGE!!
