Can't believe the attitude btw, doesn't want to make you buy another KTM again. Principle in business is that it's easier to get a new customer than to recover a lost one. Morale: you have to hang on the ones you have.

#14Been thinking of replacing the SD next year with its (non appearing) replacement or an RC8. Love the bikes, the company is so poor about reaching out to its customers that I may just leave the brand.
