If anybody sees a scale model of the KTM SD 990 offered for sale...a plastic model kit...a die cast.... whatever..let me know...I want one and some company like Tamiya is sure to produce one soon...

..and no, I don't want to make my own...the full size version will do for now...

..so let me know when you see one for sale...
I will give it a go.

robinpeck, I have been searching high and low for this Item, there is

nota, I had went to e-Hobbyland.com, and talked to Doug, a man in the

know, he had said that he was familiar with all of the model's and

represented most of them, he knew of the ktm product line and had not

seen or heard of plans, (as of yet) to bring the KTM street

product line to market, he also added to that....here in the usa ?,

So I would think if it was out there it would be in Europe.
I bought the model off ebay - took 3 weeks to arrive from Austria ?

It's a pretty small model (about 3.5inches long), plastic, but the detail is ok - comparable to others you see.

I paid nearly £20 inc postage , which is really steep compared to other models I've got for as little as £3 (Ducati 999) - but hey, it's all about supply & demand...

If you can get one cheaper, then do tell how !

Yes because they openly share information unlike the clan from SD.Net.

(and I will not get over this one in the near future, I should have wrote his name down but if I see him in here i will know him), he is on my list.

Perhaps I should make a kit, eh?
I'm a modelmaker, maybe I'll think about it in the quiet times........
Don't get too excited I'm bloody well busy right now!

Here's a monkeybike, that I started to make ages ago. It's still not finished

I'm just in the process of setting up my own workshop, as my old boss decided to boot me out, as I was busier than he was.

I usually make stuff for still photography for adverts, but a nice SD model would be a cool side project. At least I've got one I can measure off
