Laguna Motorcycles UK (Maidstone / Ashford)

I've been trying to find a KTM dealer for the first K75A service of my 990 SD and noticed Laguna motorcycles in Maidstone and Ashford. I live in Canterbury, so the service shop in Ashford would be very conveniently located for me.. However, I've been trying to contact this company to all their phone numbers that either don't work, or some ring a few times and then turn into this very high pitch IDSN modem sound. None of the three emails they have listed seem to work either, as all bounce back.

Does anyone have any info on this company and how to contact them? Their website is here: http://www.laguna.co.uk/

It might be worth you doing a search on this dealer on this site before you go booking with them. They don't seem to have a good track record...

Oh and to make the search easier for you, use Google rather than the search function this site provides. Type site:superduke.net followed by what you want to search for, ie Lagunas

Haha Stupid Luke's favorite KTM dealer..... not! It's true they don't have the best rep around. Personally I've never used them. It's a trek for you but the KTM Centre in Hemel Hempstead are pretty good. You could book a test ride on their 1290 while you are waiting. It's a fab bike to take out and there are some ok roads around there.

Is the bike under warranty? TBH the 990 is easy to service. Once you have the first one out of the way you could save yourself a lot of money and do them yourself. And then spend that money by coming to Crashfest!!!

I live in ashford and have used Laguna before.. so far not really had a bad experience.

However i have been put off slightly for the reviews that ive read on this site..

So managed to source an intendant local that gets good reviews. Mainly from the father inlaw

Not sure if anyone else from here has used them but my bike booked in for its first Major next month.. Laguna wanted £600 Tags racing wanted £280
