Hi mate,
I'm going to support Joe here, I'm running 16-41 and it's excellent. I'm worried that 16-42 may make it extremely short geared.. It may also impede you top speed too much for the track. I'm getting a max 225km/h on mine (standard 07 SD) but that's on a long traight.. I guess it depends on the tracks you're running.. We have some very fast tracks down here and I get off the corner faster than pretty much anything else (for example Ducati 999 and 1098 - on the same corner) but you do end up getting passed if there is a long straight (although a lot can be made up in breaking.. )
I'm considering dropping to 16-40 when I finally fit my marbox and get a custom map..
