Hi guys

Cheers for all the pipe advice over last couple days.

So i've fitted the Leos with the baffles out, F*uk me there load!

Quick question, im getting the open can map tomoz, Gregz says baffles in or out dont make any difference on dyno.

Does this mean once i have re map, if i get a pull from plod for being a public nusence and have to put baffles back in, that there will be no detrementle effect to the motor?

I read somewhere that someones view was that open cans and no re map = no probs, but standard system and remap = problem.

Is this because of the cat or will the same be true if baffles are put back in?

Set car alarms off as it passes um......
You can't have the akra remap with standard cans. According to a KTM bulliten, there is a risk the bike 'could catch fire', I guess from the extra fuel and cat combination. The KTM akra map is for 'baffles in', they don't do one for 'baffles out', however, as you are not running akras, the chances are the akra map won't be a perfect solution, so in or out the mapping is unlikely to be right anyway. The good thing is, the akra map seems to err on the rich side, so it's got to be better than no remap at all.
