#3It depends if you have an extra $860 you don't mind blowing I suppose.
If I were you I would take the Akras purely to keep the warranty intact and to make sure the bike got the right map.

#5Akrapovic has a really good reputation for quality. I'm glad KTM teamed up with them as I've always wanted to try out an Akra system. Keeping our measely 12 mo warranty is nice too.
I also have the Leo Vince corsa system on my '06 GSX-R trackbike and have no complaints.
