#8I settled on a used black 08 in the states. The 08 has a black swingarm and the marchesini wheels have the logo on them. Not sure if the other years have marchesini wheels? Also, one guy told me the 08 has some fueling tweaks to it but not sure about that one.

#9The wheels are the same it's just that Brembo who made the wheels for the earlier SDs were taken over by Marchesini.

#11I have an idea! Buy a SDR and switch the seat bits with a guy that want them. This way you can ride 2 up on an SDR! I may just know a guy that wants the SDR tail....real bad!! By the way. The incentive pack includes a slipper clutch I think. That sucker alone is like $1400!! Beware of the free track day. I know another(actually the same) guy that went to his free track day and his SD hasn't and will never see the road again. I mean, like, who buys a $1400 naked bike and then just uses it for racing?? What a 'tard! I forgot to mention that I have seen new SD '08s in Cali on eBay, "Buy it now" for $7995!!! Really search around man! Times are tough and bikes aren't selling at dealers and private sales are way up.
