#2+1 on the snatchiness smoothing out. Going from closed to slightly open throttle was MUCH improved. I had gotten used to to it by now, so it was indeed noticeable.
Congrats on all the mods! Your bike sounds like it's about finished....all that's left to do is RIDE IT!!!

#3I would ditch the PCIII and get yourself a TuneECU cable. You will not get a better setup and will get a few quid back for the PCIII. it's a win, win

#16The other thing to look out for is that the adaptor plug has the correct pins enabled.. As to cut costs the don't have a wire and pin for every pin location. As for example Mitsubishi one won't work but a Mercedes one will
