A little birdie told me that there might be something in the works.

looks tasty !!!!
If he can keep the price close to the 990 kit they would be more than comparative with the Rottweiler kit which I think are overpriced for what is essentially plastic and foam.
Awesome. Had one of these on my 990R.
I am totally impressed with his workmanship and quality
of his products.
I will pay more for a high quality product anytime !!!!!

Ran one on my 990 and loved it. Great quality.
Been waiting for MH to do one for the 1290 and have held off on a Rotty in anticipation.
Will happily fork out for another of Aarons products.
Now hurry the fook up.
Yeah, crack on fella...... we are all waiting

I have decided to go with a staggered length V-stack set up for a broader toque curve and the option for a equal length shorter pair for increased over-rev power.

I ran into some clearance issues that hopefully are now sorted. Working on buttoning up the final design this week and getting the first production units ready in the next couple weeks.

Things been such a cluster lately its hard to make any headway.....
Well put me down on the list for one if possible please

Dyno for sure. Have a PC-V waiting.........
We are starting in on the first pre-production run of 20 units up for pre-order now.... expected delivery is 12/18/15

All will include the air box, K&N filter, one billet V-stack, SAS plates and billet cold air support with the option for a second billet V-stack.

I will try and have a set of pictures up in a few days
Will there be an option to purchase this without the stacks and SAS blockoff plates? I already have Rotty 80/80 stacks and blockoff plates.

Thanks and looking forware to seeing some pics.

Filter will need oil. It is made by K&N

Shipping to the UK will be about $50

We have a unit on and have a PC-V installed for a day at the dyno scheduled for some time next week
I will post charts before and after, with and without custom map.

We are trying our best to keep the price down but it will depend on demand.
Excellent. Thank you.
Do you have a UK agent?

Pre orders have shipped!! I will be posting a quick install post tomorrow as I haven't had time to make a pamphlet.

Will also be posting the first dyno runs back to back stock to Motobox before the map. Gains are double digit Weather holidays ect have delayed getting the final map done
Other than the reduction in weight from removing the SAS is there anything else that can be gained from its removal?
I quite like the popping on roll off.

I have been waiting patiently for final dyno results but the tuner is still dragging his feet on getting it done. I know everyone is chomping at the bit to see the numbers..... so am I for that matter. What I do have is the chart below. This is the back to back stock to motobox pulls we did when we dropped the bike off. We are hoping for another few ponies with a proper map.

Looking good, so that is a comparison with it just bolted on and no tune?
Looks impressive so the I'm joining the queue for the real deal map.

One question: what map was the bike running when the air box was installed? Is it the KTM Akra map by any chance?
Nice piece of design and build.
Where would we be without cnc. In the not too distant future we will be pumping this stuff out on 3D printers, once they sort the current sh1t material selection out or you are prepared to pay big dollars for sintering machines.
Good job though and it looks bling so that will keep people happy.
Well done to you.
