The 690 is rubbish IMHO, you'll get bored of it within 3-months and sell at a loss. Can't imagine getting bored in 3-months of having a roof over your head, and no ear-ache.

#5Go the duke bro! the house is only going to tie ya down, the 690 will expand your mind! the roof and crap can wait a few years and it will still be worth twice what you paid for it anyway.
