Well who says you have to wait to winter?? the weather is pap so decided to start my first project.
Although the duke looks cool in the colour of chamions (Titanium) I fancy being a bit individual I really like the racer look of the dukes from the superduke cup as below.
Although you can buy some of the kit from Braken you cant get the side panels and tank decals.
I have some white and black vinyl coming with some Redbull graphics that have already arrived (just waiting for the black and white) and here is what I want it to look like.
Had a play around today with some vinyl and a hairdryer and have already cut out the templates needed, so its just a case of cutting and putting on, the curves are tricky though.
I made this a while back but it's not proper vinyl i bought it from The Range and it's for sticking on cuboards and stuff but it looked good.
Hopefully will then paint the wheels and swingarm but it should look what I have designed albeit with a few more stickers here and there.
At least when I come to sell it they will be easy(ish) to get off unlike paint.
I appreciate it's not to everyones taste but each to there own.
