#4You could just buy the conversion kit from the hard parts catalog. It contains everything you need including subframe, tail light, unpainted plastics, etc.
I'd give MPC KTM a ring and see if they can get you the part number for it along with the price.

#11The link is not going to help you much, I only have a link to a uk site and all they have is a picture of an actual SDR and that overall part number.
I'll dig out my invoice and scan it, it has all the part numbers listed on it.

#16Here you go, this is the 05-06 conversion kit, I believe there are just some slight differences from the 07 onwards kit, either way you can see that the discount is huge on the parts and there are loads of em, so definitely easier and cheaper to buy the kit.
There's nothing missing off the bottom of that last pic, I just cut it off before some other parts I ordered at the same time.

#17Did mine, Looks superb... but I did get the seat recovered and padded.
I used the standard KTM kit from a dealer in the UK.
