Tech points to note:
Linkage-operated rear shock, total frame redesign
Bits that I like the look of:
Neat alloy subframe, tidy cowling around the undertray area - look a bit like they've taken an idea from the 790
Header pipe plumbing - nice to see, not copying the Hardly-Worthit look.
The standard silencer is an improvement on the current model
Bits that I'm less keen on:
The profile of the tank and the shrouds looks too much like a GSX-S1000 to me, and that bike is FUGLY!
I'm ambivalent over the 5-spoke wheels, I prefer the look of the current ones (haven't counted my spokes), these look a little flimsy in comparison, but they'll be much easier to clean!
All said, it's just a prototype, much may change between now and launch time...
