New ST Handling vs SD Handling

I don't know how you can measure these things objectively (I'll leave that to the motorcycle press), so I won't say that the new 2011 Triumph Speed Triple handles better than the Superduke.

But I will say that I like the way my new 2011Speed Triple handles better than the way my 2007 Superduke handles. At least for me the new Triumph noticeably outhandles the KTM.
I test drove the 2011 Speed Triple 2 weeks ago, and I know how great it handles. I do prefer my SD, but I would add the speed triple to my collection, it's worthy!

New tyres? New suspension? Give it a few weeks, soon be like the old one. It is after all a Triumph!
Give it time and you will change your mined I know I used to own a S3 08 model.
I was of the oposite opinion.
I test rode a few bikes before buying the SD and the Speed3 and SD ended up on the top of my list. The Trumpet made most sense (about the same performance, cheaper, easier on fuel, better service intervals, cheaper to insure ...), but the only reason I bought the SD is that the Trumpet felt like a heavy tractor through corners compared to the SD.
The SD gave me a much wider grin

maybe you could explain what you mean by outhandles. does it tip into corners easier than the sd? does it transition in s turns faster than the sd? could you beat an sd with the s3 on a very twisty road? does it wheelie as easy? please offer more information than to keep repeating it outhandles when we really don't know what you mean. someone on this forum previously tried to say the ducati streetfighter outhandled the sd. yeah, right!

Have fun, I think any bike that suits you is a good bike. Personally, I have always had Triumphs and golf as things I may take up when I get old

My tweaked Suzuki GSXR 750K2 outhandled anything I have ever ridden, then I sold it.......
What does that mean?
