So...got my part worn 2CT fitted to my rear and a new 2CT fitted on front this morning. Also the carbon fender i won on eBay this week showed up....so i had some fun fitting them today and just took her out for a spin.
I was using Pirellis (Diablos) on my France trip and I did not get on with the rear at all...didn't like the tip in.
Well, After only 20 hooligan filled miles I like the CTs. Nice even tip in that gives me confidence and bags of grip!! I didn't realise quite how much until i was testing the brakes (also replaced brake fluid yesterday) and realised I'd just done my first rolling stoppie without trying.
Really looking forward to stubbing the front in fully and getting my lean on!
Btw, the carbon fender is the Matt finish RC8 one with the little Akrapovic logo on it....I don't like carbon, but in the Matt finish it's uber blingtious and I had to have it for that price! Vanity eh
