merge the thread would make sense. It just seems when there is a thread dedicated to the the new 1290 that there would be the sensible place to post any new info/vids/pics. Or am I being too pedantic??

I only have to say one thing

Posting stuff outside the relevant forum threads (or even the appropriate subforums) scatters the information in a way that it makes it very difficult for people who actually search for information to find what they are looking for...

this results in people posting/asking the same stuff all over again which results in information that is even more difficult to be found.

(I hope that all of the above makes some sense/is understandable?)

Hey, this old dog just learned something new today about this site.

When you log on there this tab right smack in the middle of the header the reads. "View new post"

How long has that been there? Always wondered where it was hiding. Wonder what else I am missing for not logging in every time I open this site
