My bike, my bike, my beautiful bike!

New gloves and under pants required! A steering damper would have helped as well.
SD's crash so well

Anyone know what leathers they are so I dont buy em
When in doubt, gas it out!
Always make fists when crashing...

Nasty slapper by the way...
Great wheelie though!
I guess his front wheel stopped turning, he lost the gyro effect and then on landing it all went pear shaped.
What a Dick..................
Good of the car driver to stop and help, not sure how I'd feel if some numb nuts pulled a wheelie along side me like that.
nice clutch technique though!
gloves looks like "Weise" - I have a set

Nice to see My video here Im the one who failed.. About that awesome Guy in the black car, he was the one pulling down the window, asking for a wheelie. He can see it in the video if you look close.

Ill make sure to make fists next time i go down. The leather i have is dainese, wich is really good.
However the stretch failed (ofc)

Im up n running again, the RG-sliders saved everything om the bike except for the shifter.
Nice wheelie....lucky escape could have been a lot worse with that armco, glad your ok and back on the bike

Tank slappers are evil sons.

Glad you're ok, nice wheelie though

Everytime I see something like this I think: must get steering damper and must not try to learn to do wheelies LOLOLOL
Thank goodness you had your gear on... Too many idiots here in the US with T-Shirts, Shorts & Flip Flops!!
Ye I'm really happy that I'm alive with Both legs/arms intact. Earlier this day i Went to the shop and I bought a chest protection piece aswell as KTM powerpart steering damper I'm still doing wheelies but i've learnt something
From this but There's allways this calculated risk of doing stuff.. But i'll stay away from other people

But about this comment about "nice clutch tecnique".
It was à bit ironic eh. What can I improve? Or was it just a way to be rude?

*edit* i allways use full gear no matter if its 45 degree celsius in the shadow or not. I know that some shit Will happen if i dont.

it was a offhand reference to a recent thread: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=17166

you can wheelie dude, but i think you are a complete idiot to do it on the highway, i think anyone is that risks it with cars around that can run you over but thats just me and its your life.
Was that a dainese jacket the tore at the seams? It's repair might be covered under warranty.

The dainese 4-stroke gloves work well and are a good price. I like them because they have the plastic palm sliders. Even if you make a fist, your palms might still hit. The leather on the fingers is really thick and stiff new, took some time to break them in. The dainese steel core carbon are also a good price, more of winter glove where I live. I'll probably get the full metal titanium even though they are super expensive. The black with the blue'd titanium knuckles just look awesome.

Portuguese forums have also found out the lucky escape.

Your famous, and being free publicity...is always good LOL

Now get the movie to Dainese saying that their gear is rubish!!! An open sleeve after a simple fall...they need to get you some free stuff for you to say it's your fault with no maintenence and not their gear
