Well i just changed my oil today for the first time, I didn't do the valve adjustment but i wanted to know should I. When I changed the oil I put 10w-50 and I have to say I notice I bigg diff and I have to say I just love the DUKE so much more because it rides like a dream bike. I always wanted to know about a steering stabilizer should I get one and how much does it help.

Thanks so much

TRavis
10W50 is whats supposed to be in'em, check manual I think they rec motorex even.

As for the steering damper I have one and I dont think its all that ness for tank slap situations on a SD but I do like how it can mellow out some corners with rough road. For the track I would have one. I would go Scotts but they anit cheap, and a plus they look damm good (Half the reason I have it prob).
OH I know, thats the oil I have to you I'm just saying It's my first oil change and It's like damn I never new how big of a difference it is.

But if anyone can help me how with the other question that be great.

Thanks TRavis
