Hi All. I have a 2008 990 SD and since May have done 4000 miles from new. I have used 3L of the recommended (in the manual) oil in this time. Does this seem high to you?
Also, I got a nail in my rear tyre. Took 7 days to get hold of a Pirelli Corsa III to replace it. 100 miles later - another nail!!! I brought another new tyre and had the first replacement tyre repaired (there are only 100 miles on it after all) and will use it as a spare. Can you think of any issues with using a repaired tyre?
