#8This bike isnt at home in traffic - that i will say for sure, but at all other times you will not beat this bike for sheer fun!! (and that comes from one pissed off SD owner whos bikes been off the road for 2 weeks with running problems and still wouldnt swap it!!!!!!)

#14The SD is great for nipping in and out of traffic. As said by others - snatchiness/surging mostly happens round the 3-4000 rpm at a stead throttle. It doesn't bother me at all and the 2008 model is supposed to be smoother.
I can't speak for the SpeedTriple but it does look like a cool bike!
