#4anyone seen it done? I am tired of these dirtbike bars, they have to go. the only potential problem is the headlamp fascia is real close to the fork tubes.
I can start a new thread, but since it is a related thang, YAMRED, If you mind I will edit this, no problem.

#11I have long arms, long back, allot of my weight is up high so the SD feels real short to me,
I like to be right up to the tank with the plumbs, when I try to tuck into a race position my upper bod is too long to fit with these wide bars.
joe has been with clip-ons since 83 on the RZ 350, 84 the same then 85 it was the gsxr 750, nothing but clip-ons since.
I have tried so hard to get comfy with this banana seat and dirtbike bars but it just is not working for me,
it is the way I am built,, like a fookin monkey, that kills me, Clip-ons and a SDR seat, rear-sets.....
and my new 1" shorter wheel base really helps too, I love,, little and short but it may take the arcey to do me.
