#3You can get these from MSC Racing Products here in Oz.
You're looking at about $600 AUD for the damper and $200 AUD for the mounting kit.
Really nice piece of kit and from what I've found, once you have bought one off them you get free servicing as long as you pay the post.
Not sure if the have a website but PM me if you need their details.

#5I ordered mine from CycleGear and they got it in a week for less than $400.
Nice bit of kit, by the way! I see that you are in the SF Bay Area. I will have my SD at the races at Infineon on the weekend of the 18th-19th. Come by and check out the damper and all the Motohooligan stuff. I should have a clutch cover on by then and his new frame sliders.

#6There's also the LSL traditional style damper, a couple of guys on here have got them and they work well.
This is the first site I found on google in the us that stocks them for the 07
