#9-Each piston is built from race proven designs that are chosen by the top race teams in all forms of racing including Supercross, Motocross, GNCC, Superbike, and more.
-4-stroke kits feature a ‘race-ready’ dome finish with smooth edges for improved combustion flow. Horizontal slot-pin oiling reduces friction and provides scuff resistance, along with a pressure seal groove for maximum ring seal.
-Most PK/SK/WK/VT kits from Wiseco feature a complete top end gasket kit that gives you everything you need to complete your rebuild from premium materials.
-4-stroke race applications feature Wiseco’s ArmorGlide™ skirt coating to provide reduced friction and noise to contribute to increased horsepower.
-Dedicated forgings used for superior strength to weight ratio utilizing aerospace alloy. LIGHTER AND STRONGER
-High Performance ring kit and alloy pin included with each piston kit for extended life and sustained power.

#35I think anything bigger than 10 percent more cc may need larger throttle bodies ( like the SDR 52mm) and larger pipes (agian like the SDR) to get the most out of the motor. but at 1100cc with some slip ons, a moto box, and a pcIII to get the A/F right, now that would be awesome!
I'm in if there is a 15 to 20 Hp gain.
BTW. Jonh I'll let you try first!

#36To be honest, I wouldn't mind being the guinea pig in this instance. I know Weisco manufactures a good product and they have some talented people. I'm about to install a HC piston and Hot Cams in my YZ450F Supermoto bike to gain an additional 5-6HP.
I've done similar mods to a 525EXC that I used to desert race with excellent results.
The same principals apply to the SD's V-Twin. Just simple hot rodding techniques. The trick is to not go to far and end up with a time bomb.
Besides, it'd be real nice to have a Street Fighter or some such thing pull up along side and know that you've got the power to run with it in a straight line. Not too worried about the corners mind you, pretty sure I've got that covered.
Cheers, John
