#7Powder coat will increase the diameter of the bars, could have some mounting issues of controls and such, a friend did a swing arm and all the bearings wouldn't fit back in without some sanding, coating was to thick,,,,so I don't know what the throttle tube would do, unless you don't coat there,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

#10Good point about the coating thickness thanks Maddog. I really want a solid colour rather than the anodised look. But they do look good guys. I need to have a rethink maybe.
