I spent all of yesterday listening the Diversity and Ethnicity lectures, manual handling proceedures and equal opportunities because an NHS trust says we must.
God how much money is spent making jobs for gits who can't do a proper useful days work.
It is thus and has always been thus. 40 years ago those same waste of space oxygen thiefs were shop stewards, now there are less working men to pay union dues the lazy, workshy corporate kissarses are Health and Safety, or as you say Diversity and Ethnicity advisors.
Far more insidious than the long term unemployed, who are frankly doing it on purpose, are those members of our society that have been in full time employment for their whole working lives and done not one hour of good for either their company or their colleagues in the whole of that time.
Dont get me started on social workers, consultants, tv news presenters or weather forecasters for God's sake....
Or fat people or scousers...........fuggin hell where are me tablets
