Mt Holly Powersports,Mt Holly Nj
Santa Barbara Motorsports is where I purchased mine. I have had bad luck with service from them on another motorcycle and swore I would not let them put a wrench to anything I own.

I have a great dealer. Cycle Town South, Lancaster Texas. Curtis and Robbie fixed me up. He even delivered the bike 100 miles to my house. It was missing a reservoir cap and they got one to me the same day without me have to drive to 20 miles to meet the guys. Very nice support. They want your business. Rating of 10

Another one is a great dealer ship Munn Racing in Elm Mott, Texas. Best KTM internet seller there is. Bought a Super Duke used from Chip, he and Dan are outstanding at customer service. They will make it right and take good care of you. Chip is a 10 as well.

I am lucky to have 2 excellent KTM dealers close by.
Well, Eurosport Asheville NC is a solid 9 in their sales dept. Service is still to be seen...however, I was there one day a couple months ago, on my GS when the fancy Touatech screen I'd bought elsewhere, went missing a couple of fasteners....well the SA came out, looked over the situation...digs up 2 hard to find fasteners, installs them. Smiles the whole time. Didn't expect a dime in return! So if that's any indication of future service, all is good! Rare now days for sure.
Arizona Superbike Chandler Arizona (now known as ride now euro) gets a fat 10/10 in my book. They are outstanding! Always price match for me and have great service. My first go to place in AZ.

Bought my bike from GoAz motorcycles in Scottsdale. They get a 2/10 at best. Horrible service and a bunch of rude employees.

+1 for Chip at Munn Racing. Back when having a loopd/monsterarmy profile was huge in moto x racing I had a sponsorship through him. Quick shipping, very helpful with any questions. Seriously, great place to do business with.
Dealer... whats one of them?

None near me since 2010 when my nearest stopped acting as a KTM place.
Fators in redding

-3 out of 10

Horrible customer service.

Dealer? whats a dealer???????
My dealer is pretty sweet. Sells me an eighth of medical grade for $60 and isn't obnoxious. 10/10
craigs motorcycles , dewsbury
8/10 along with KTM UK , had a few issues with a collapsed oil filter , ( watch out 1290 , I doubt they will last the milage)
anyway had a few issues with a map upgrade , i complained and they more than sorted me out finanacially and from a satisfaction perspepctive , cant fault either of them.
To add to that , i now have 3 years manufaturers warranty on my 1190 ADV...
More than happy with dealer and bike

Pics of filter after 7000 miles ( 8 months of riding).
By the way the fancy orange cap will make this worse , it doesn't have the prong that centres the filter.

Even if I use minus numbers there isnt a number low enough to rate Laguna Motorcycles THE WORST DEALER IN THE WESTERN WORLD.
Grahams number is so large that to write it down long hand is impossible even if you use a sub atomic particle for each digit. There are not nearly enough of them in the universe to get even a small fraction of it covered.

I can't imagine that they could be worse than - Grahams number? That would be really bad.......

Dealer: All American KTM
Score: 11

Purchased the motorcycle sight unseen (phone/email), my first communication was with Trevor in sales. What I appreciated most was his professionalism around the transaction; he was knowledgeable and straight forward, and very pleasant. I also had the opportunity to speak with R.J. (proprietor) whose experience with the brand, model, and industry was felt, it was obvious that both of these gents had been with KTM for some while. They were beyond courteous/mannerful, and handled all of my inquiries without a fuss, the purchase transaction couldn't have been better. R.J. even went as far as delivering the bike to me (7:45am as promised, in the shop KTM truck, he was even wearing KTM orange) along with going over the features and the like, his helper Kenton (sp?) seemed like a very nice young man as well. The team at All American KTM gave me much confidence and assurance in the entirety of it all, so far so great with the ownership experience, I'd highly recommend them to any prospective local and non-local customer. It should come of no surprise that they're one of North America's best KTM dealers out there.

Thanks, All American!
